Do I need approval if making changes to my property?
To maintain the appearance and property values in Bridlewood Downs, architectural review is required for exterior changes to your home, such as room additions, re-roofing, painting, landscaping, fencing, deck/patio changes, etc. The process is quick and easy. How can I get involved?
Most committees are short staffed and would gladly welcome assistance. If you want to volunteer to serve on a committee, contact the Property Manager at 913-825-00001.
How do I get a pool key?
New pool keys were issued in April, 2018, once annual dues were paid for the current year. Pool key procedures are communicated each year prior to opening for the summer. If you have not received a key, please contact your association manager at (913)825-0001.
How much are annual dues and when are they due?
The association's Board of Directors sets dues annually. Homes Association dues for 2018 are $300. If you pay your dues prior to January 31st, 2019, you may remit payment for $300.
What do I do if I lost my pool key?
Replacement keys can be obtained from Home Association Solutions for a $30.00 replacement fee.
When are board meetings or committee meetings held?
Board of Directors meetings are usually held the first Thursday (non-holiday) of every other month at the Pizza Shoppe located at the on Santa Fe and K7.
All meetings are open and may be attended by any member. If you wish to attend such meeting, contact the Property Manager at 913-825-0001 for the time and location of the meeting.
When is the annual meeting?
Annual meetings are held the second Saturday in the month of January in each year, usually at 10:00am. The annual meeting will be held for the purpose of reporting affairs of the association and transact business that comes before the members.
Notice will be mailed to all residents 30 days prior to the next scheduled annual meeting.
