Do I need approval if making changes to my property?

Yes.

To maintain the appearance and property values in Bridlewood Downs, architectural review is required for exterior changes to your home, such as room additions, re-roofing, painting, landscaping, fencing, deck/patio changes, etc. The process is quick and easy. Turnaround time is usually 24-48 hours. Simply submit and exterior change request form. Questions? Contact SHW Management at (913) 416-5764.
How can I get involved?

Most committees are short staffed and would gladly welcome assistance. If you want to volunteer to serve on a committee, contact the Property Manager at 913-416-5764.
How do I get a pool key?

New pool keys were issued in April, 2018, once annual dues were paid for the current year. Pool key procedures are communicated each year prior to opening for the summer. If you have not received a key, please contact your association manager at (913)416-5764.
How much are annual dues and when are they due?

The association's Board of Directors sets dues annually. Homes Association dues for 2023 are $300.
What do I do if I lost my pool key?

Replacement keys can be obtained from Home Association Solutions for a $30.00 replacement fee. Contact our property manager at (913) 416-5764 for your replacement key.
When are board meetings or committee meetings held?

Board of Directors meetings are usually held the first Thursday (non-holiday) of every other month.

All meetings are open and may be attended by any member. If you wish to attend such meeting, contact the Property Manager at (913) 416-5764 for the time and location of the meeting.
When is the annual meeting?

Annual meetings are held the second Saturday in the month of January in each year, usually at 10:00am. The annual meeting will be held for the purpose of reporting affairs of the association and transact business that comes before the members.

Notice will be mailed to all residents 30 days prior to the next scheduled annual meeting.
